Sleep is a very important thing we seldom think about but we forget our body repair them selfs while sleeping we spend a full one third of our lives doing this and yet alway seem to skimp when it comes to our beds although most people think nothing of paying thirty thousand dollars for a car but skimp on where they sleep maybe our priority’s are out of kilter
